Yes — just mention it in your message. We use a standard mutual NDA that we can send on request, or we're happy to sign yours. Most discovery calls happen with an NDA in place if the project is confidential.

The more, the better — but at minimum: what you're trying to build, who it's for, your rough timeline and budget range, and any reference sites/apps you like. If you have an existing site, drop the link. Don't worry about being polished — bullet points are fine.
